All of our puppies diets are supplimented here from day one by us bottle feeding. This not only helps out the mom, but ensures that everyone is getting the right amount of nutrition for proper growth and development. We feel that this also helps the pups with their disposition and makes for happy healthier puppies.
When we have more than One litter at a time, there is always someone willing to give a
helping hand. And it's nice to know that the temperaments on my dogs allow them to come together, Which takes a load off of the mother dog that has the larger litter. This was Alegra's first litter. She had 11 puppies. Ouch!
Here Anka and Alegra worked out something that worked well for the both of them. Alegra Nursed, and Anka Nursed, but the pups on Anka nursing got cleaned at the same time by Alegra.
